The Automatic Core Builder (also known as Core Assembling Machine or Core Builder) is a specialized piece of core equipment used in the production of automotive heat exchangers, including radiators, intercoolers, condensers, and heater cores.
It precisely assembles flat tubes, cooling fins, header plates, and side plates into a complete heat exchanger core in a single operation, delivering a high-quality semi-finished product ready for subsequent brazing. As a key radiator machine, it is widely adopted for high-volume production, ensuring consistent quality and operational efficiency.
High Precision Positioning
