Serving as a specialized radiator core assembly machine and core builder machine, it completes the precise assembly of flat tubes, fins, headers, and side plates in a single cycle—delivering a finished radiator core ready for brazing.
Built to support multi-row configurations (1–4 rows and above), this radiator machine accommodates a wide range of applications, from passenger vehicles and commercial trucks to construction machinery and new energy vehicles. The system integrates servo drives, PLC control, and automated tube feeding, fin placement, positioning, pressing, and optional tube expansion—functions that can be further enhanced with tube expanding machine or hydraulic expander machine modules. By combining high precision with high efficiency, it significantly reduces manual labor while ensuring consistent product quality.
